Smile History & Paperwork
We will ask you to fill out a few forms to learn more about your dental history and why you are seeking treatment. Plan to get to your first appointment a few minutes early to complete this paperwork.
Consultation
You will meet with one of our awesome orthodontists to discuss your goals. Then, we will use our iTero scanner, x-ray technology, and digital photography to get a better sense of your needs. This process is pain-free and helps us strategize your treatment.
Determining Your Needs
First, we will thoroughly review your records, then we will present you with your diagnosis and our recommendations for your treatment plan, including proposed timelines! The doctors customize every treatment plan to match our patient’s needs, so we will make sure we find a treatment plan that makes the most sense for you.
